Due to enhanced COVID precautions and protection of Sunshine individuals and community members, we currently are not renting our facilities or having classes at this time. We will post an update on our website when rentals and classes are resumed.

Sunshine shall provide timely notice if services must be cancelled for any reason. Facility users shall provide timely notice of cancellation also. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time to not be charged for the session. If you cancel within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, you will be charged for half of the session. If you are a no call/no show, you will be charged for the entire session.
I understand that if I need to cancel my scheduled day/time, I may do so through your rental email or by contacting the Aquatics Supervisor at least 24 hours prior to my scheduled time.
I understand and agree that there are risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with any use of the pool, multi-sensory room and/or gym. I am aware of these risks and agree that my participation is at my own risk. I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Sunshine Inc. for any and all injuries that may be suffered in connection with my involvement with Sunshine Inc. I also waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages by my heirs, executor, and/or administrators.
